Meet Our Sales and Marketing Manager
For this month’s focus on one of the brokenStones team, meet Jonathan, our Sales and Marketing Manager.
Jonathan joined the business nearly 5 years ago, having previously spent most of his career in IT Recruitment.
Jonathan was a supplier to brokenStones for a while, but was so impressed with the business that he asked the company owners for a job, and the rest is history!
Jonathan is responsible for Managing our Sales and Marketing function, which includes sales of our Services, Hardware, Cybersecurity Solutions and Consultancy to new and existing customers. He is also responsible for Account Management, Customer reviews, our busy networking and events schedule, and working with Tayla to create new and interesting Marketing content and ideas.
Outside of work, Jonathan is a family man with two teenage daughters, loves all things sport (mainly cycling, cricket and rugby), loves the outdoors and has shocking taste in music!
If you want to discuss anything IT related within your business, even if it’s just to throw around a few ideas, then Jonathan would be your first point of contact, and would be happy to have a call or meet with you.

How to Increase the Amount of Time You Have to Unsend an Email in Gmail
Ever accidentally sent an email too soon, or sent something by mistake? Well, here’s how you can give yourself more time to unsend those emails.
Gmail currently offers a 5 second standard window to allow you to unsend an email, but that may not be long enough. Luckily, Gmail gives you the option to change this to 10, 20, or even 30 seconds!
- Go into the web version of Gmail and sign in
- Click on ‘Settings’ (upper right-hand corner) and select ‘See all settings’
- Under the ‘General’ tab, you will find ‘Undo Send’
- Then pick how long you’d like Gmail to give you the chance to change your mind
- Finally, go to the bottom of the page and select ‘Save Changes’
Now, when you send an email you should see an option to ‘Undo’ your email in the lower left-hand corner. This ‘Undo’ option will last as long as you set it to. Once clicked, the email will unsend and return to your drafts.
