Meet Our New First Responder

‘Greetings, my name is Matt and I’m the new First Responder here at brokenStones.

 

As a First Responder, I’m the friendly voice at the end of the phone who helps find you the specialist help you need. Computers have always been a passion and at home I’m the sort of “family technician”, basically when stuff doesn’t work I get a “Matt can you help us” call to action, so I’m use to sorting things out for others. In my spare time (not that there is much of it) I enjoy activities like gaming, playing hockey, golfing and watching various sports from cricket to football, golf or boxing.

 

I’ve only recently started here and I’m already looking forward to several milestones and hopefully a number of years of service after that. It will be hard work but I’m not opposed to it. I also do a Sunday shift at UK retailer Currys as Sales/Customer Service colleague to keep busy on my days off. I have worked at Currys for two and a half years, so I’m already use to a busy day and a wide range of problems.
